If you’re sick and tired of yo yo dieting, going to the gym for a while and seeing no results or simply want to exercise with others in a motivating and fun environment, pop into T1F and we’ll be happy to give you a tour! T1F is filled with people just like you. Everyone is there to support, encourage and motivate each other to help create a long lasting change.

We believe that exercise should be enjoyable. That’s not to say it will be easy! Whether you’re a trained athlete, a regular in the gym, or have never set foot in a gym before, we ensure exercise is programmed in a progressive way to get you to your goal.

Through 1 to 1 personal training, small group and large group training, we put in place the structure to get you off the diet and start the lifestyle that works for YOU!

We design tailored nutrition programs to enable you to learn and begin a journey on which you will become stronger, leaner, have more energy, sleep better, perform optimally and have fun along the way!

Our philosophy is to keep things ‘simple’. Based at 199 Kilkeel Road, Annalong, County Down, Northern Ireland, our studio is the perfect environment to transform yourself, become fitter and achieve the body you’ve always wanted.

Robert is the best personal trainer you can choose and here is why. He is very professional. You can tell very quickly he knows well his stuff.

He is very patient (he needed to be with me :-p) and he knows how to progressively help you to get where you want in regards to fitness and health. He pays attention to every detail, he will correct your posture at all times if necessary, which I found extremely helpful. Additionally, he will not give you big lectures about what you should not eat, he gives you simple and straight forward nutrition and lifestyle advice and help you to introduce the right foods into your diet and organise better, all this very progressively and just when you are ready, another thing I found extremely beneficial. He will even suggest some good recipes and meals!!

You can tell he recognises that each individual has their own pace, needs and preferences and he does his best to adapt to you and to tailor your training to your body, likes and dislikes and lifestyle.

I would strongly recommend him to anyone!! Definitely! Without a doubt!! Choose him and I assure you will not regret it!! It will be the best money you have ever invested in your life! He helped me change my body, my mind-set, my diet and my health (asthma and knees/back/neck pain gone!). He basically changed my life!

Rob is a great personal trainer, he tailors everything to your needs and makes sure you get the most out of every workout. He is always encouraging and patient. He has also helped me with my diabetes, managing my blood sugars better when exercising. Great nutritional advice and ideas are given with his recipes. A lovely guy, very approachable and friendly.

A fantastic gym with top-class facilities and friendly, professional trainers, Robert, Aaron and Tara. I joined back in 2018 and have never looked back.

There are a range of classes on offer, from 1:1 training, to early morning bootcamps to large group evening classes. There really is something for everyone.

The gym’s sense of community and accountability is excellent. Their Facebook group really makes you feel part of a team with a common goal, providing daily motivation and advice, which makes sure you continue to stay on track, outside of class time too!

Robert and Aaron helped their members through lockdown with online classes and made everyone feel extremely safe in a Covid-secure environment upon return to group classes.
